Itinerary

• Day 1

  Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Airport

  Transfer & Overnight
  Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, meet your guide, and transfer to your hotel for relaxation and overnight

• Day 2

  Day 2: Entebbe – Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

  After breakfast, begin your scenic road transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Enjoy the countryside, rolling hills, and landscapes as you journey southwest. Arrive in the evening for dinner and overnight.

• Day 3

  Day 3: Gorilla Trekking & Batwa Cultural Experience

  Start early with a briefing at the park headquarters. Begin your gorilla trekking adventure and spend an unforgettable hour observing mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.
Later in the afternoon, participate in the Batwa cultural experience and learn about the traditions and history of the forest’s original inhabitants.

• Day 4

  Day 4: Bwindi – Transfer to Kampala with Cultural Stops

  Depart after breakfast and travel towards Kampala. Enjoy a stop at Igongo Cultural Centre for lunch and cultural exploration, followed by a stop at the Equator Crossing for photos and souvenirs. Continue to Kampala for overnight.

• Day 5

  Day 5: Kampala – Airport Transfer & Fly Out

  After breakfast, transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your outbound flight.

  TERMS & CONDITIONS
  Reservations & Payments
  * A 60% deposit is required at booking.
  * Final balance is due 60 days before the tour begins.
  * Bookings within 30 days of departure require full payment.
  * Gorilla permits must be booked at least 12 weeks in advance.
  * Children under 12 cannot track chimpanzees; under 15 cannot trek gorillas.
  Confirmation
  A booking is confirmed once a 60% deposit is received. Balance must be fully paid before arrival.
  Transportation
  Transport is provided in well-maintained safari vehicles including Land Cruisers, Toyota Minibuses with pop-up roofs, station wagons, or coaches depending on group size. Sub-contractors may be used when needed.
  Rates
  Rates are based on current costs and may change without notice due to currency fluctuations or supplier adjustments.
  Cancellation Policy
  * Early cancellations: deposit refunded minus admin and bank charges.
  * Cancellations within 15 days before travel: 50% charge.
  * Between 59–3 days: charges follow supplier (lodge) policies.
  * Within 48 hours or no-show: 100% charge.
  * Gorilla permits are non-refundable.
  * Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
  Revised policy: No cancellation fee for cancellations made at least 36 hours before travel, but hotel credit arrangements will be negotiated for future use.
  Tour Alteration
  We reserve the right to alter routes, accommodations, or activities as necessary. Substitutions of equal value may be provided. The company may decline any participant whose presence affects the tour.
